There's something about a man in a suit.....

So I was sitting here catching up on season one of Criminal Minds, when it hit me:There is just something about a man in a suit with authority!!

No you may be thinking Anderson doesn't really fit the "authority" part compared to Sheemar Moore playing FBI Agent Derek Morgan on Criminal Minds, or David Boreanaz playing Agent Seeley Booth on Bones, but let's face it when Anderson gets snarky and fiesty with certain people it's hot, and looking good in a suit just does it for me!!

Next we have Shemar Moore. Like I've stated he plays Agent Derek Morgan on Criminal Minds finding and taking down bad guy serial killers. It may just be me, but when he goes all FBI on someone (you know gets that walk, and body posture) it just gets to me! If you haven't checked out Criminal Minds, you can watch it Wednesdays on CBS: check your local listings for more information!

Next we have the non-conformist, vicodin addicted doctor we hate to love but love to hate: Hugh Laurie as Doctor Gregory House! Not only is he a medical genius, he knows just how far to push people in order to save a life! Yes, he can go a little too far sometimes (well some people may say most of the time), but let's face it, he's still good lookin!

And LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST my new found love David Boreanaz as Special Agent Seeley Booth; my knight in FBI issued body armor!! There's just something about the way he can be so sensitive and funny then turn around and be all up in the face of a suspected murderer or gangbanger to get his point across and get the answers he needs!! So I would suggest if you haven't already to check out BONES Wednesdays at 7pm central on Fox!! Just to get a little taste of the oh so beautiful Agent Booth. *thud*

I just love this picture for some odd reason!

My new found love....

It's time once again for me to admit my obsession(s). Bones, and David Boreanaz. But again, as always no worries, Coop is still in my heart :)

DR. TEMPERANCE BRENNAN (Emily Deschanel) is a highly skilled forensic anthropologist who works at the Jeffersonian Institution and writes novels as a sideline. Law enforcement calls on her to assist with murder investigations when the standard methods of identifying a body are useless – when the remains are badly decomposed, burned or destroyed beyond recognition. Brennan’s special expertise lies in her uncanny ability to read clues left behind in the victim’s bones.
Please click here for a full synopsis of BONES

And to share my love for Special Agent Booth (David Boreanaz) here are some pictures:

Man anyone else glad elections are over?! I know I am, I don't know how many times "mature" (well they're supposed to be) people have started "debates" with me over the last couple of days. I put debate in quotation marks because it was more like an argument/lecture time thing and I was trying to deal with it but I just wasn't up for it!

Anywho, I get to miss 360 and probably the repeat since I'm the "lucky" one that gets to sit up at work while the cleaning people clean the store (agh!) Luckily I don't have practice in the AM so I can sleep in! I'm definately recording the SPURS/Suns game tonight! It should be a great matchup! AND I'll be hoping that Dallas loses tonight too hehehe *sheesh I'm so evilish sometimes muahahahah*

Anywho, hope everyone is having a great Wednesday, enjoy the show if you so choose to watch!!

All for love of the game...

Bruises on each arm, bruises on each knee, one jammed finger....all for the love of the game!

Well yesterday I had a game against a Ju-Co (Junior College) and well we only had 5 people. The last time I played a entire basketball game...was...I can't even remember!! I was so tired afterwards, I tried to stay up after my shower to study but needless to say I fell asleep on my book around 9pm and woke up around 9:30 pm only to throw my book on the floor, roll over and go back to sleep!!

Our game wasn't too bad, yes we did lose by a big margin BUT we played well for only 5 people! I didn't do as good as I would have liked, I was 100% from the free-throw line...so it was only 2 shots but HEY it's still 100% LOL!!

My Spurs are 3-1 so far during the season, and just for kicks the Mavs are 0-3! It's still early on in the season and of course the Mavs can't be counted out just yet, but I do find it funny that they are struggling...hehe...I'm so evil!

Anywho, to conclude this very off topic post, I leave you with some yummy Anderson Pictures!!!

I took these from Rachel over at ACoopervision

Just wanting to share....

"It's not about talent, it's about heart. It's about who can go out there and play the hardest. They aren't going to give us anything, so you have to go out there and TAKE IT!"

The above quote is from the movie "Glory Road", my all time favorite movie, and at the moment that is my all time favorite quote. I shared it with a couple of my team mates before our first game last Thursday, and just wanted to share it all with you. Yes, it may have seemed more relevant before a basketball game, but I strongly believe that it has a great deal of significance in how we live our lives.

Being a college student, as many of you may know, I'm still trying to find my bliss-which isn't as easy as I thought! Many of you out there may know what your bliss is or may be like me, still searching-still searching for that one thing that you are so passionate about, searching for that one thing that will complete your life, finding the reason you were put on this planet, your mission, your goal in life. Whether you have found it or not, everything leading up to that point and there after is all about heart.

It's all about going out in the world, and holding nothing back, putting everything you have into your mission. The road isn't easy, it isn't straight, and it isn't smooth, and wasn't cleared for you.

So if your struggling to find your passion in life, keep your head up, and remember follow you heart!

I hope that makes sense to all of you, it just came to me and I had to put it down in some kind of writing. Hope everyone has a great week!

And the winner is.....

Here is a breakdown of how you all voted:

October 1 received 2 votes
October 8 received 4 votes
October 15 received 14 votes
October 22 received 24 votes
October 29 received 1 vote

Once again thank you all for participating!!!

Hmm, wonder what brought about this look?!

No Andernews at the moment....

Well my Spurs didn't let me down last night! They started their season with a 97-91 win on the road over the Mavs!! After trailing most of the game, they took the lead early in the fourth quarter and outscored the Mavs 25-16 in the stretch to secure the win!

Some nice stats to look at:

Bruce Bowen drained a tough 3-pointer. Despite his ankle sprain, Tony Parker scored 19 points, and Ginobili added 16 more! Newbie Francisco Elson added 10 points, 6 rebounds and a couple of block shots coming off the bench! Looks like we found a GREAT center!!

Although last season came to an early finish, Ginobili has the right mindset for this season.
"We all believe we had a great opportunity last year," Manu Ginobili said. "But it's gone. We can't do anything about it. We just have to try to forget and learn from our mistakes.

"Probably the only thing that's going to make us forget is to have a great season."

I believe Tim Duncan summed it up the best when he said:
"It's one win," Duncan said, "but it's a great start to the season."

Many of you have heard me say time and time again how I have no respect for the Mavs anymore. In the past I always rooted for a Texas team, but last season that changed. Many people don't see my point, but here is a good example. First game of the season and we already have a flagrant foul.

Bruce Bowen is known for his defense, that is his role: to harrass whoever he is guarding and make the shots he needs to make! During the game he was guarding Josh Howard. Early in the 2nd quarter Howard shoved Bowen to the ground. Why? I remember watching the interview he gave and he gave some excuse as to how he had to protect himself. First of all basketball isn't a nice sport, but if you can't control your temper when your getting owned by a defender you shouldn't be there. BUT THAT IS JUST MY HUMBLE OPINION!

Here is Bowen's take on the matter:
"I know I made a cut and he fell," Bowen said. "As I'm trying to step over him, he's grabbing me. Look at the film.

"I'm sick of all the stuff that takes place with me and Dallas. It always looks like it's something. And who gets the great label for that? Me."

And to be fair this is Howard's take on the issue as well:
"A situation happened where I got to protect myself,'' Howard said (That is all I could find)

AGH! What are the odds! The night I can ACTUALLY catch 360 (ok so I was about an hour late) that AC is only on for the first hour! AGH!! AND I hear he's not going to be on Regis and Kelly tomorrow, grrr! I have to work tomorrow, but I don't have practice so maybe I'll sacrifice some sleeping time to catch the repeat maƱana!

Hope you all enjoyed the show, have a great evening (what's left of it)

EDIT: Rachel over at ACooperVision JUST MADE MY NIGHT!!! Check out her blog for great caps of tonight's Seseme Street segment and the video segment if you missed it!!!
